Developed in conjunction with Sage, Migrator is the single source solution for migrating from ACT! or GoldMine to any Sage CRM product.
Based on the class-leading Inaport integration engine, Migrator is the data migration solution for all Sage CRM Solutions products. This is a 30-day license for use by a single customer for any number of data migrations to a single target CRM system.
Migrator offers:
- the same user interface and functionality for all Sage CRM Solutions products (ACT by Sage, SageCRM, SageCRM.com, and Sage SalesLogix)
- a comprehensive migration out of the box including company, contacts, history, calendar, notes, attachments, opportunities, email
- the ability to customize any migration to handle specific customer requirements
Currently, there are seven Migrator licenses, as follows:

Migrator migrates most information from the source to the target system with minimal intervention where no customization has occurred at the source.
Each migration license consists of a set of profiles that transfer the following:
· Company, contacts, address
· History, with notes and attachments
· Calendar or activities, with notes and attachments
· Attachments or linked documents
· Emails, with attachments
· Opportunities and products
Where the source system has been customized, the full power of Migrator can be used to modify the standard profiles, as required, and achieve a fast and accurate migration.
While Migrator covers most aspects of a migration; there are a few exceptions:
· The Migrator engine does not support reading information from any data source other than the one licensed. For example, Excel, Access or SQL Server. See Inaport if this is required.
· Recurring activities are not migrated.
· ACT! and GoldMine groups are not replicated in the target.
· There are some other restrictions for specific migration tracks; for example, GoldMine does not support true product information, so the movement of product information for creating opportunities is limited.
